Less Stress with SISU #Giveaway

I have struggled with anxiety for many years. I must say that I am very blessed to have a husband who knows strategies to help me get through my anxious spells in a very effective way.

This month my husband was leaving for a few weeks to go do work in Nunavut, since I knew it would be stressful on me I started looking for ways for me to cope with the stress while my man was away.

I started taking the vitamin B Stress made by SISU about 10 days before my husband left. Too be completely honest, I did not have the highest hopes that taking these vitamins would really help. I know that other times my husband was gone over night I had a hard time sleeping and would sometimes get to the point of having panic attacks, hearing every noise in the house and thinking the worst.

This time is different. It is as though I am more calm at night and although I am not loving going to bed alone, I’m not over anxious. I can not say that this is 100% because of the B Stress vitamins, but I know that I am going to keep taking them! I love that the stress is so much less than normal for me!

I have also been taking the Chromium Plus which is supposed to help to support healthy blood sugar levels. I am a person who craves sugar…ALL THE TIME. I have reactive hypoglycemia and I have been working at making changes to improve my overall health. It is never too late to begin a program to keep blood sugar at healthy levels. I have been exercising regularly, and I know that supplements can also play an important role in promoting healthy blood sugar balance. Although I do not feel a difference yet in taking the Chromium Plus, I am sure is it of benefit to me.

I would without a doubt choose the B Stress (if I could have it, I have allergies to a lot of fillers). I struggle with my B levels all the time and it would be a good help!
