Get Back Into Your Workout Routine with the NEW Jillian Michaels DVD and others #giveaway {Can Only}

The kids are back into routine which means we as moms need to settle into our routine as well, which includes taking care of ourselves with working out.

Last year I took part in a local bootcamp that was an amazing experience for me.  Working out has never been fun for me but these wonderful group of ladies helped make it so.  With finances a little tight at the moment, I have had to get creative and find a different way to workout.  We have a great space in our basement with a TV and DVD player, so workout DVDs are an option for me.

I received  5 different workout DVDs to review to help me get started.

The first one in the package was the NEW Jillian Michaels: Killer Abs.  This DVD, which includes three 30-minute workouts, will help you get rid of belly fat and give you the tight sexy abs you’ve always wanted.  These ab workouts progress in difficulty which provides something for everyone from beginner to state of the art athlete.  Jillian Michaels also gives you an exclusive behind-the-scenes footage from the Killer Abs DVD shoot.

Using a combination of workout styles and techniques from martial arts, yoga, qigong, sculpting, and Pilates, the Cross Training for Fitness DVD combines the best from all disciplines and gives you five 15 minute total body workouts to mix and match.  Since I love kickboxing and I get bored quickly with the same workout every day, this DVD is perfect for me to get a great all around workout.  The different workouts are: Cardio Kickboxing, Strength & Flexibility, Lower Body Balance, Core Power & Flow and Relax & Restore.

Rodney Yee’s Core Centered Yoga shows how making small adjustments can provide amazing results.  Learn how finding “core center” is the key to getting fit and finding balance in your body, your mind, your life.  The workouts include: Lower Balance, Back Balance, Internal Balance, Bending Balance and Restorative Balance.

In Maya Fiennes: Yoga For Real Life, Maya Fiennes takes viewers through a series of exercises to stimulate the powerful centers in the body.  Through breathing techniques, movements and mantras, Maya demonstrates how to clear the mind and body, preparing viewers to manifest anything in life.

And if you are a new mom with a baby, you are sure to enjoy Shiva Rea’s Mama & Baby Yoga.  Lose weight and tone muscles all while building a bond with your baby.  Choose from one of 3 great workouts including: Mother’s Body Toning, Rising Up and Mother’s Core Practice.
