Quick question to everyone out there…who LOVES to work-out?  I mean REALLY loves it?  I am going to take a stab in the dark and say that for most people who have included on their New Years resolutions to exercise…the answer is no.  Well, I was in the same camp as you all.  I hated working out because I felt like it took up so much of my day.  I’m so busy and heading the gym and being gone for an hour minimum and paying money every month…well, was not for me.
