ZINGO

We love FAMILY game night in our house! We are fortunate to own many wonderful games.
Our 4 year old daughter really wanted the game Zingo for Christmas, but did not get it.
Imagine my surprise when I went to a local thrift store and found it for 10 cents!

Zingo is a FUN game. It is similar to traditional BINGO, but it uses pictures instead of numbers. It has a really cool dispenser too! I love that this game can be played with a variety of ages. Preschoolers can play on their own but even young toddlers can enjoy it!

I know that buying games can be costly, especially in this economy.
I would strongly suggest to check out the thrift stores or consignment stores in your area. You can find many items for crafts, often a good book or two, or you may even HIT the jackpot and find a wonderful game like I did!

For all the Zingo! fans out there, the game was actually just updated to be an even more fun early learning experience... read more about the new improvements here: http://smartplayblog.com/?p=98

Wow, what a find! I looked at that game before Christmas but didn't buy it. I got Connect 4 instead and also one called Tip-Over. I LOVE thrift stores, charity shops, and yard sales. I also have found several nearly new games--a few were still unopened. I like the idea of a family game night--my kids love games. I recently found Monopoly (British version--which is different) at a local charity shop and taught my son how to play...he beat me badly!
