Yogurt is a great way to start the day and Yoplait is the perfect way to get that dairy filled goodness that is a great way to kick start your day. And thanks to their seemingly endless array of options, you can get your fill of what ever kind you are wanting, needing or are simply in the mood for.
A sure staple in our home is Yoptimal yogurt. No matter what the time of day or season, our children love it. With 40% more fruit than most yogurts it gives me the piece of mind knowing that our girls are getting more fruit in their diet. And with Halloween coming up and Christmas just around the corner, trying to keep our kids on track with a proper diet may be bit more challenging.
Another product that helps when we are on the go is Yop. Often times our daughter jumps off the bus and we are off to violin or some other function in our community. Yop is a liquid yogurt that can be taken anywhere. Not only does it taste great, but it is also good for you. Even on trips or when I don’t have time in the morning, this is a great idea. My hubby has even taken the Yop to work for those early morning meetings.
On those hot days (which I am dreaming of since we just got hit with a SNOW STORM in October) you can take a break with Tubes. Simply freeze the Tubes and have a great snack during the summer heat. A healthy snack option for families on the go.
With lots of other products from Yoplait, you have options to fit your busy schedule. Whether breakfast, snack…or even dessert, you can incorporate the healthy lifestyle at home and keep your diet on track thanks to these products.
