By focusing on these things you will literally begin your day with an attitude of gratitude.

SET YOUR INTENTIONS

Spend time planning your day by setting intentions on what you will accomplish.

This will put a positive spin on your daily goals and give you a plan to work from.

You will know exactly what needs to be done next so you won’t be aimlessly meandering through your day in a reactionary mode.

Instead, you will take action because you’ve made a plan and have set your intentions for the day.

NOURISHMENT

Begin each day by fueling your body with proper nourishment.

Your brain needs food in order to operate at its peak, as does your physical body.

You cannot have a positive day without filling your body with the food it needs to help accomplish your goals.

Give your body the energy it needs by starting with a nutritious breakfast.

Make it a priority to feed yourself.

If your mornings are busy, do some meal planning in advance so that you have nutritious food ready to grab and eat or grab and heat.

Keeping these tasks in mind and acting on them daily can help you cultivate a positive, healthy morning routine.
