Girls like to get together, chat, laugh and enjoy each other’s company. Whether you are 7 or 15 or 33 we all enjoy having a girl’s night with our friends! Often times we run out of fun and simple ideas….. why not have a Girl’s Night Nail Party!
What You Need for a Girl’s Nail Night:
Start off by picking up some great snacks and a few favorite beverages. Make sure you have something for everyone. Remember, snacks don’t have to mean chips and popcorn. Why not get some fruit, fruit dip, veggies and cheese?
Next you will need some nail polish! Grab your collection and ask your friends to bring theirs. Use all of the nail polish colors to create your own designs.
These OPI colors make great backgrounds and designs:
- Black Cherry Chutney
- Thrill of Brazil
- Sweet heart
- and Alpine Snow.
I used the Thrill of Brazil for the cherry blossoms and Alpine Snow and hits of Black Cherry Chutney for the abstract white and choral design:
For this design I used the Alpine Snow and Black Cherry Chutney for the polka dots.
We had a great evening and all enjoyed how the OPI colors looked on ours nails.
Girl’s Nights are something that everyone can enjoy. What activities do you like to do with your friends during Girl’s Nights?
Megan is a 15 year old student, in grade 10. Her passion for nail art started at around age 11 but she never got into doing designs until this last summer when she and her family moved to Steinbach. Megan loves trying new designs out on her nails and sharing them with the people around her. She would love to pursue a nail career after grade 12 and enjoys having her own private ‘salon’ (Meg’s Nails) in her basement while still in school.
