Continent Party a Success!

Snow White was thrilled with her party to say the least! She loved it all, the balloons,the continent items to show the family, and the cake. It was worth every minute making it for her and seeing the sparkle in her eyes! She could not stop staring at it! (I`m not too sure of what Belle thought about it though) She blew out the candle. Still in awe! Then we did a celebration of her life. I read something special that happened each year of her life so far, showed her a picture, and then she would walk with the Earth in her hands one time around the sun (a yellow ball on a chair). Then she would stand by me while I read and showed her another picture from the next year and so on. This was very special to me, and she seemed to enjoy it too. She loved this gift. It was wrapped in paper that had globes all over it! She tried not to rip any of the paper! and she sure loved what was inside, a Melissa and Doug wooden puzzle map of Canada. As I tucked her into bed at night and finished saying our prayers, she looked up at me and said Mommy, thanks for making the cake for me. It was the best one i ever had. I love you… with tears in my eyes, I kissed her goodnight and knew this was a moment that would be etched into my memory forever.
