We have been enjoying snowmen activities this week. Our favorite activity was singing a song about snowmen while playing it out on a felt board.
Five Little Snowmen
Five little snowmen, fat!
Each with a funny hat.
Out came the sun,
and melted one.
What a sad day was that!
I would love to show you pictures or a video of my daughter doing this, but unfortunately the camera is acting up again (If only I could magically get 1000 extra airmiles to add to what we have and purchase THIS camera)
So the next best thing is showing you where I got the idea from and you can see her super cute girl doing the activity HERE. Her blog is amazing!
We extended the activity by bundling up all 5 children, going outside and acting it out. I acted as the sun leaning over each child as they melted away. We did it over and over again. It was so much fun!

I have this camera and love it! If you do get it I recommend buying the rechargeable batteries. Anywho, love the blog and the layout!

It was lovely to see your kind comment on my blog. I love meeting creative mums in the blogosphere and I will certainly be visiting your blog regularly.
My two children would also enjoy the snowmen song. Felt boards are fantastic for complementing stories and songs. I want to make a few more characters for our felt boards and use them more often this year.
We have the same Counting Colours book as you and we really enjoy it as well. I like your idea of creating your own colour collages.
