Winter is in full swing here in Manitoba and these snowman cupcakes are perfect for winter weather.

My kids love to go outside and play in the snow.

And what better activity to do outside, in the middle of winter, in Manitoba than building a snowman!

 I topped these iced chocolate cupcakes with a cute fondant snowman.

These cupcakes make a great afternoon snack after building the real thing outside.
