I’m a newbie blogger and tweeter and I AM HOOKED! I’m still intimidated by large shows but She’s Connected is one that I would be so excited to attend. I am currently between paying jobs and can’t afford to pay for a ticket. I want to take my blog (and a new blog concept that I’m working on) to the next level and I think She’s Connected will help me.
I also do not have many opportunities to chat with other bloggers, and She’s Connected would be the perfect place.
Jody @ Mommy Moment says
Charity, You are right, ShesConnected would be the perfect place to connect with other bloggers. Good Luck, hope to see you there!
Katrina Brady says
The video is absolutely amazing Jody! It sums up the conference perfectly and shows the bonds between bloggers and the help available. I love this post! You made some fantastic points on why someone, including newbies, should attend. Last year I was a new. Only a few months in and it was a wonderful experience and I look forward to reaching my goal to attend this year 🙂 I’m of a third of the way there but determined. We all need inspiration at times and this conference provides a lot. Thanks!

Well, All those 40 reasons are why I’d like to go 🙂 Mostly, though, I want to learn how to make my blog better, how to reach more people, to work with brands and to connect with other bloggers who ‘get’ what I love to do. The conference has SO MUCH to offer that I think if I take in a tenth of what’s there I’ll come back home ready to make big changes and grow this little space on the ‘net I call my own.

I would love to attend ShesConnected 2012 in Toronto, as I am a newbie and am not really sure where to start, I am married with a 7 year old, I used to be a travel agent but am now employed part time and have the time and dedication to start a blog but I am not really sure where to begin, being able to attend this show may guide me in the right direction.
Nancy T says
I blog on a friend’s blog as a ‘guest’ blogger and would love to start my own only I’m not sure where I will fit in the world of blogging. There are so many fantastic bloggers that I follow both on their blogs and on twitter and to me, it’s an exciting fast paced world. Via twitter I’m amazed by the relationships between bloggers and bloggers/brands who may/may not have met in person. To be able to experience all of it in person as well as meet some of the people I interact with on twitter would be not only exciting but a fantastic opportunity! 🙂
