Move for Hope Winnipeg! A Canadian Women's Foundation

The Canadian Women’s Foundation raises hope for women who have experienced violence.

You can help by joining the Canadian Women’s Foundation Campaign to End Violence. Your donation will support emergency shelters across Canada, help women to rebuild their lives after abuse, and fund prevention programs that teach young people how to stop the violence–for good.

There are 3 great ways that YOU can participate:

#1) Move for Hope.

Move for Hope is a fun and empowering, one-hour workout, led by GoodLife Fitness, for all fitness levels dedicated to raising hope for women who have experienced violence by supporting shelters in your community, and prevention programs that break the cycle of violence.

It is part of the Foundation’s Campaign to End Violence, and is happening on Saturday, May 30 at 11am from coast to coast in Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg, Toronto, Montreal and Halifax! You can see all the Winnipeg details HERE.

#2) Text for Hope.

#3) Shop for Hope.

Purchase specially marked Shop for Hope products at WINNERS and HomeSense stores. Net proceeds from Shop for Hope product sales go directly to the Canadian Women’s Foundation Campaign to End Violence. Your contribution helps support over 450 women’s shelters and funds community violence prevention programs across Canada.
