We got this wonderful shelf a while back. I had it downstairs in our “classroom”. I decided to bring it up to our main living area just for a bit of a change (Winter is too long here in Canada!)
Even though it is quite large I have not regretted my decision. The children love looking at books and I find I read more books with them too.
I cycle the book on our shelf too but I always keep out the favorites! (we have about 300 books)
I keep most of the French books close to the top as well as the older kids books.
The board type books are low for the little ones to reach!
Do you have a reading area accessible to your children? How do you have it set up? Do you cycle books?

We do not have a specific reading area, what we have is a study area where the bookshelves and the computers are. I wish to make this room more comfortable for them to read...
