5 WAYS TO KEEP KIDS HEALTHY

This post is in partnership with Halls. All opinions are my own.

#1) EAT A BALANCED DIET → we all know the saying “You are what you eat”. Making sure that kids eat a balanced diet will keep their immune system strong. Even if your child won’t eat meat find a protein alternative.

#2) EXERCISE → keeping our kids active is a great way to keep them healthy. While schools are doing more and more to keep the kids active during the school day, simple things like walking or biking to school can add some great physical activity during the day.

#3) HYGIENE → bathing and washing is an important part of staying healthy. Especially as kids get older the oils and odors that come from their body, need to be washed off on a daily basis.

#4) SLEEP → I always say that when you get enough sleep you can do anything! This is so true. Making sure kids get to bed at a decent hour and getting a good sleep will keep them alert so the can focus on their school work.

#5) TAKE VITAMINS DAILY → eating a balanced diet will help make sure your child is receiving the right amount of nutrients. However, taking daily supplements like a Halls vitamin C pop will help support the maintenance of good health.
