Hey everyone, I am still here. Just wanted to let you know that we have been having trouble with our internet this week. (We just got wireless and seem to be having some glitches).

This week’s theme is Feelings are a part of me.
We have had a great time learning about feelings. One highlight for the children was packing up a HUGE box of groceries and gift items for a family who is going through a difficult time. We discussed how these people must feel and also how we feel when we do something kind for others.
Snow White even went up to her room and got a gift that she had just received for her birthday and said “Mommy, I got lots of things, we can put this in the box”….
What better lesson than that? No wonder Jesus says “Truly, I say to you, unless you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.”—Matthew 18:3-4

That's very sweet...a little hard if you as the parent really liked that particular toy, but it's what we want our children to do!
