Hearts, Snow, and YUMMY Valentine treats!

Crafts are fun to do to celebrate Valentine’s Day, but I wanted to do some activities. Since you all know from THIS POST that it is cold and we are hoping for an early spring I decided to try and make a fun winter activity to celebrate. I dug out a HUGE heart path in the snow. It was a great balance exercise and the children LOVED it! (an outdoor version of walking on the line).
After the fun outside the children enjoyed practicing the practical life skill of pouring hot chocolate and eating delicious monster cookies (I made the small batch from this recipe).
