I have updated this recipe with directions and new photos – see Pumpkin Bundt Cake.
One of my favorite treats growing up was the pumpkin bundt cake that my grandma would make. A few nights ago I made her recipe again, and my children loved it. I know it will continue to be a family favorite. Although my grandma does not bake anymore, she enjoyed a piece of this cake very much!
I love to enjoy a piece of this cake as a wonderful treat some afternoons. It is perfect paired with a steaming mug of Van Houtte Coffee!
If you have not yet seen the Van Houtte Coffee Commercial with ME in it, check it out. Be sure to pop by the Van Houtte Website to find out your coffee profile, My profile is Velvety and Woodsy.

[...] Pumpkin Bundt Cake with Wild Rice Flour Posted on October-29-12 6:30 AM One of my all time favourite bloggers is Mommy Moment. She is down to earth, inspirational and genuinely caring. She altered her Grandma's Pumpkin Bundt Cake recipe by substituting 1 cup of Naosap Harvest Wild Rice Flour for the white flou...r, increasing the pumpkin by 1/2 cup and increasing the cooking time by 15 minutes. Thanks for sharing your recipe and your photo :) https://mommymoment.ca/2012/01/grandmas-pumpkin-bundt-cake.html [...]

I think I have everything in my pantry, besides the bran...... I might get creative and just crunch up some bran cereal flakes. This looks/sounds amazing!

Awesome Jennifer! I'm sure you would love it. I did use less sugar and used applesauce in place of half the oil, but oh, so YUMMY!
