Flooring & Shelves Question

I had someone ask me what kind of flooring I had in my practical life area. I would have personally e-mailed this person back, but for some reason all my e-mails from my inbox have gone missing and if I get a new e-mail and read it or try to more it to a different folder it goes missing! Grrr, first the camera, now the computer.
Anyway, the flooring is a roll end of linoleum that I picked up at a local flooring place for $10. It looks like wood which I liked. But just so you know, it is a thicker kind that the edges will not begin to roll up. It is placed over the carpet and works wonderful!
Oh, and the shelves were made by my wonderful husband and myself. It saved a ton of money.
