The Best of the Best ~ Fisher-Price Favourites! #FisherPriceMoms

Fisher-Price is a well recognized brand in the homes of parents with little ones. It does not surprise me that Fisher-Price is launching their Fisher-Price Favourites campaign. The Fisher-Price Favourites line includes 5 pieces of baby gear and 7 toys (which I will write about next month) for a total of 12 items that have proven again and again to be the “Best of the Best”. Moms and Dads throughout the generations have continued to love these particular items above all others.

We did not have a lot of baby gear for our first baby. My husband was a full time student finishing up his bachelors degree, so we made do with little.

Our little girl was only a couple months old when grandma came over with a new gift for her new (and only) grandchild. Yes grandma was as proud as proud could be. She unwrapped the present with great care and pulled out the Fisher-Price Ocean Wonders Aquarium. My daughters eyes became glued instantly to this new gift and her senses became aware of was happening around her. We immediately went to the nursery and strapped this Fisher-price Ocean Wonders Aquarium to her crib rails. When it was nap time that day we were all excited to see how she would react to this new “toy” for her bedtime. And like we expected she loved it.

My friend had the same Fisher-Price Ocean Wonders Aquarium for her daughter too. She used it to entertain her baby in the crib when she needed both her hands to get something done around the house. Her baby loved watching the bubbles and my friend said it really worked to keep her baby happy.

These toys have been tried & tested through the years, and year over year have been favourites of moms, not just in Canada, but globally.
They have lasted through generations of kids, and continually pass, not only the “Dr Alfono test”, but also the “kid test”!
They encourage child development and support children in achieving important milestones.

We didn't have that particular swing but we borrowed the similar Little Lamb swing. My son loved it!

Fisher Price is my favourite kids brand! With my first son, Ocean Wonders was the only thing that put him to sleep!!!

We had the jumparoo for my daughter she absolutely loved it. I believe that is why she is so active now because of the early exercise !!! Plus that jumparoo got passed to 3 younger kids who enjoyed it just as much!

We have all of those but the aquarium. Fisher Price has been a favorite in our house for a while, and I think the snugabunny swing truly saved my (and my daughter's) sanity! It was the only place she could fall asleep for the first few months after birth!

Oh, and how important that sleep is! I'm glad it worked to keep you both sane!
