Celebrate Mother’s Day with Disney Junior! #DisneyJuniorMom

May is the month centered around Mom — or at least 1 Sunday out of the month is.

Mother’s Day this year falls on May 12th.  What will you be doing?  I know some fellow Disney Junior Moms are going to be in sunny Orlando celebrating at Disney World — wouldn’t that be a fantastic Mother’s Day?

For those of us not venturing far away for Mother’s Day, Disney Junior has some great programming to keep your little ones occupied on Mother’s Day morning and potentially give you a few hours of uninterrupted sleep.

Here is the line-up for Mother’s Day morning:

9:00am ~ Special Agent Oso
9:30am ~ Handy Manny
10:00am ~ Jake and the Never Land Pirates
10:30am ~ Jake and the Never Land Pirates (NEW EPISODE)
11:00am ~ Doc McStuffins

All these great episodes feature Moms and the new episode of Jake and the Never Land Pirates features our favorite pirate mom — Mama Hook (of course voiced by the fabulous Sharon Osbourne!)

Disney Junior didn’t leave all the great programming just for Mother’s Day.

Set your PVR’s and get your movie snacks ready!!  On Saturday, May 18 at 6pm EST settle down with your family and watch TANGLED!  That’s right folks, Maximus and Pascal are coming to your living room and will work alongside Rapunzel and Flynn in this lovable, funny movie.

Sofia the First will also air 2 brand new episodes in May ~ Sunday May 5th and Sunday May 19th at 11:30am EST.  The episode on May 19th, teaches the 3 young royals an important lesson in gratitude when Baileywick takes a day off.
