My story is a short and sweet. I want to brag about my hubby. (He does not like when I brag about him b/c he says he does not want to make other men look bad).
Here is a list:
- He wakes up with the girls in the morning so I can have an extra 10 minutes in bed
- He makes supper at least twice a week.
- He prays and does devotions with our girls every night before bed.
- He helps with laundry.
- He praises me and tells me I’m beautiful everyday.
- He takes care of the mowing the lawn in summer and shovelling snow in winter.
- He enjoys being involved in church.
- He helps tidy up the house.
- He gets on the floor and plays with the girls a lot.
- He has a good attitude and contagious smile.
- He works hard at his job and does not complain even when work gets really tough.
- He comes with when the girls have doctor/dentist appointments.
- He contributes to my blog.
- He tells me to have girl nights out (even though this rarely happens b/c I like being home with my family).
I could go on. The reason I want to brag is because I always prayed that I would have a man that would love me and treat me like a princess. I never met my birth father as he was a rapist.
I thank-God everyday for giving me a husband I can brag about!
