Add A Contact Form

Want a secure way to receive email though your blog without sharing your email? Contact forms are just the way to go about doing this- not only are they are a professional to communicate to your readers, but also a way to keep you inbox free of spam.

There are some great resources online that allow you to embed a contact form onto your blog or website- I am going to share a couple with you that work great.

lets start with the easy and simple:

FREEDBACK is a simple form editor, it’s quick and easy to set up AND it’s free! We actually use freedback on Mommy Moment- head over to contact section to take a look.

I won’t be posting a tutorial on how to use it because it’s so simple- you sign up. Create your form by dragging and dropping the type of fields you want added. Once it’s all put together you make sure all the preferences are how you want them, hit continue. Once it’s all done it will bring you to your embed code, copy the code and paste it into your page/post and save it. The wah-la!  You will have your contact form- VERY EASY!

ZOHO Creator is a bit more complicated, but highly customisable contact form. Great for business blog or blogs with higher traffic. It is also free to use, they have apps that can help you track your messages and sort them. Plus they have more options when it comes to the types of fields to add to your form, and you can customise the fields themselves and the color of your form.

Zoho has a great video tutorial to help you integrate zoho into blogger:

Have any ideas for tutorials? I would love to hear your ideas! Feel free to leave your suggestion in a comment!

Thank you so much. I've been looking at crappy websites that claim to create nice forms for free, but this is awesome.

So I created the html code for the contact page but I'm trying to add it to my blogspot business site. There is a gadget called pages where you can add tabs, like you have on your webpage, and I have created a "CONTACT" tab/page. I am trying to add the html code to that and it's not working for some reason. It either shows the actual html code or nothing at all. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Any help you can offer would be awesome thanks so much!
