Pretty in Pink Punch Recipe

As I’m sitting here enjoying the beautiful weather we have been having I am thinking about Summer and the entertaining that it brings.  BBQ’s and friends make a great combination.  Last week I shared a yummy drink recipe that was a hit with the whole family and you readers sure seemed to like it too. Since it was so popular I decided to share another great recipe, this time only for the adults to enjoy! A yummy summer treat from Minute Maid to help you kick off Summer.

When I think back to what our summer was like growing up, I remember a staple growing up was pink lemonade.  This Minute Maid Summer inspiration is a hit with a bit of nostalgia. The Minute Maid Pretty in Pink Punch is based on Minute Maid® Pink Lemonade frozen concentrate.  This is a simple recipe that is sure to get the mom’s out there in the mood for summer and delight at the cocktail parties that are sure to be a part of your summer get together and BBQ’s.  So here it is:

Minute Maid Pretty in Pink Punch

 

Ingredients:

• 1 can 295mL Minute Maid® Pink Lemonade frozen concentrate (unthawed)
• 1 can 250mL BACARDI® Mixers Strawberry Daiquiri frozen concentrate (unthawed)
• 1 cup BACARDI® Superior white rum (optional)
• 1 cup Water
• 4 cups Ice cubes

Directions:
