Army Tank Cake
In honor of Remembrance day and Veterans day, I thought I would share this cake with you. It’s a good reminder of what our veterans have done for us, for the freedom that we have today! So for all the veterans, for those who have lost someone in war and for those still out on the battlefield, this cake is for you. We remember!

Erna is a happily married stay-at-home mom to three beautiful children. She fell in love with cake decorating after taking some local cake decorating courses. She is a hobby baker and decorates cakes for her family and friends. Erna continues to do what she loves by working a few hours at a local bakery (P.S. Cake Designs).

It IS a cute cake. Erna does lovely work. However, I've got to tell you... I find the idea of a happy cute cake to celebrate Remembrance Day somehow distasteful.

Thank-you for your comment Deanna. I'm sorry that you found it distasteful, that was not my intent. Member's of my husband's family fought and died in the wars and I respect them greatly. I would never intend to disrespect them with this cake. This cake comes from a heart wanting to honor and respect our veterans.
