WHY I LOVE HYGGE LIFE – THAT COZY FEELING YOU JUST CAN’T BUY

Not everyone knows what the hygge life means.

In fact, for a while, I wasn’t quite sure myself. At first, you may view it as a trend, but that is simply not correct.

Hygge is actually a Nordic way of life.

It revolves around nature, kinship, and simplicity.

In truth, the world of Nordic hygge is all about simplifying your life, getting back to basics and prioritizing what is important.

There are many reasons why I love hygge.

It’s that cozy feeling you just can’t buy.

WHAT IS HYGGE?

If you have ever enjoyed reading a book by the fire on a snowy day, or a cup of hot coffee while watching the rain outside, you have actually experienced the essence of Hygge without even knowing it.

Hygge is an important part of Danish culture.

In fact, it is an important part of the way they live.

Engrained in their DNA, Hygge is a defining feature of their cultural identity.

It is something that can have a life-changing impact on the way people live. It has for me.

WHY I LOVE HYGGE

Hygge offers up a cozy and comfortable feel. I love that it always makes me feel as though I am happy and content.

For me, Hygge is much more of a lifestyle than it is a trend.

My home is always filled with warmth, happiness, and comfort, making it my favourite place to be.

In fact, for me, Hygge is all about love.

I love creating something comforting for my family.

Creating a space that makes my family feel a sense of well being is an amazing feeling.

Hygge encourages me to live with endearment and positivity.

It isn’t complicated. It isn’t expensive. It is not a trend. It is a culture.

Hygge isn’t a blanket you can purchase in your store at an inflated price.

Hygge is not a marketing angle.

Not for me and not for so many that enjoy its comforts. Hygge is real. It is now. It is everything that I love.

There are many reasons I love hygge.

It’s simplicity.

I love its warm comforts that wash over me, slowing my breathing. I love that it exists only when my stress has melted away. It encourages me, subconsciously, to have a close and intimate connecting with friends, family and even myself.

There are many reasons that I have found myself totally immersed in the Hygge culture.

Mostly because it’s that cozy feeling you just can’t buy.
