If your kids are school age then you’ve had a few weeks with them. If not then maybe you had a few days off. Either way, Christmas was a time to spend with our family. We’d love to hear all about it!
This year my daughter is in kindergarten (all day, everyday). I think I was more excited for the Christmas break than she was. It feels so great to have everyone all together.
- Staying in pj’s longer in the morning.
- Cuddling and reading stories any time of day.
- Watching dear daughter make pudding for daddy all by herself.
- Going swimming together.
- Keeping the girls up a bit later for a family movie night.
- Painting the girls toenails. So fun!
- All of us laying on the floor listening to music and coloring.
- Clean-a-thons with the girls, they love sweeping and dusting to music!
- Me and 5 year old playing Skip-Bo while Daddy had tickle fights with 2 yr old.
- Just being together!
How about you? What do you love about having the extra time with your kids?
If you have a few seconds I would LOVE for you to rate Mommy Moment. Thanks so much for taking the time to do this.

Great list! Sounds like you had a blast with everyone together! Love everything ... staying pjs! How fun. Love not having to get everyone around and just enjoy the time at home together. We actually got to go outside yesterday. It was a crazy 60 degrees and now we're back to 40s and then tomorrow down to the teens. Oklahoma weather is crazy! lol
Hope you all have fun ringing in the New Year together!Jennifer
