Tangled gets 2 thumbs up!

My husband and I went to see Tangled with our girls (ages 2 & 5). Let me start by telling you that this  is my new favorite Disney movie. My husband said he really enjoyed it too. He said the only one that beats it is Lion King.
We loaded up in our vehicle for the hour drive. Our girls have never watched a Disney movie. In truth, they have not even watched any movie longer that 30 minutes so I was not too sure what to expect. Our 5 year old is very sensitive so we were prepared for the worst. The girls wore their Rapunzel shirts and I sported my awesome Pascal t-shirt.
We got the girls a kids pack of popcorn & drink and found our seats. We all put on our 3D glasses and waited for the show to begin. I had a girl come up to me and squeal because she loved my shirt so much.
Our 5 year old took a permanent seat on my husbands lap. She was not a fan of the dark or of Rapunzel’s “mom” Mother Gothel. In fact, during one part of the movie she whispered that everyone in the theater should get out because they would have nightmares and never want to come back again. She did manage a few giggles and I think it was a good experience for her to go. She did say that the good part of the movie was that it had a happy ending! (Dear hubby kept whispering that to her during the movie).
My 2 year old has never sat still so long in her life. She LOVED the movie and talks about it all the time.
If you are looking for something to do as a family I suggest you go see this movie. It’s great for all ages and I give it 2 thumbs up!

I totally want to take my girls to this! I don't like going to movie theaters much but I think I could make an exception for this one...it looks so cute!
