Step 1
Take your 4-by-4 inch square piece of paper and fold it in half. You’ll then have a triangle.
-
Step 2
Fold the paper triangle in half.
-
Step 3
Unfold the the paper. Cut the paper with scissors by using the folds as guidelines. Leave an 1 1/2 inches in the middle of the paper uncut.
-
Step 4
Fold 1/3 of each triangle over. You may want to use tape to reinforce the fold so your pinwheel doesn’t break apart
-
Step 5
Get your straight pin and pencil. Put a pin through the middle of the paper pin wheel and stick it into the eraser head of the pencil. Your pinwheel is ready!
Making the pinwheel
We now have a Mac. We do not have our camera hooked up to it yet, so it will take awhile before I can post new pictures. (I had about a week of posts saved as drafts before our other computer died, so I will post those till I can upload pics on here. I really want you all to see the wonderful crafts we made for Remembrance Day yesterday. One was a field full of fingerprint poppies, and the other was a family hand wreath).
