An embarrassing (but incredibly cute) moment was when our oldest daughter was still non verbal. We were using Baby Signs with her.
We were in church. The pastor had a prayer time before the message. The prayer time was continuing much longer than normal. All of a sudden our little girl stood up on the pew and began signing “Finished” repeatedly. Good thing most people had their eyes closed…it took everything in me to keep from bursting out in laughter.
The prayer time ended shortly after, I wonder if our pastor saw the sign hehe.
Gotta love kids, they say it (or sign it) how it is!
