Spring is here and once the weather warms up a little bit more, it will be time to start planting gardens.  In fact, many people have already started plants indoors near windows to make sure they are strong enough to withstand rough Manitoba weather.  Of course, not everyone has a large plot of garden land where they can grow tons of flowers and many different kinds of vegetables.  So what if you have only a small space to garden or a small budget that doesn’t allow you to grow everything you would like?  Here are some great Gardening Ideas for Small Spaces and Small Budgets!

Great articles with good advice. Love to work in the garden and especially enjoy the fresh taste of all the veggies. Amazing how much can come out of a small space.

just make sure that you can sand off all of the pallets you use as most are chemically treated and have stamps in them telling /explaining how they are treated and if you can find out what was on them as well. We have tons and tons of free pallets outside of our work place (one week there was about 100 of them) They're really cheap, flimsy, can carry with one hand!! and Chemicals are transported on the ones we have outside (While the ones inside are used to transport food, but we have had pallets with dead rotting fish on them arrive here as well)
