Meeting Daisy Duck – and a bit about our experience of Pin Trading at Disney!

Our family had the opportunity to go to Walt Disney World because I was invited to the Disney Social Media Moms Celebration that was being held there. My 7 year old daughter LOVES Daisy Duck and wanted to meet her – I’m glad we got to make that dream come true for her.

Kate loved taking part in the Pin Trading at Disney – she managed to collect over 20 different Daisy Duck Pins. I could write a whole post about our Pin Trading experience at Disney. The social benefits my girls got from trading pins was remarkable to say the least. I purchased “boy” pins that I knew my daughters would not love to get us started. It made it easier to trade at the beginning and by the time the “boy” pins were gone, they had the hang of it and knew what kind of pins they wanted to collect.  If you have not tried Pin Trading at Disney, you may want to give it a try – It turned out to be one of our favorite parts of the trip!
