Britax Frontier CT Harness-2-Booster Carseat #Giveaway

Before they let you take your brand new baby home from the hospital, they make sure you have a proper car seat to transport them in.  In most hospitals, the nursing staff will even make sure that your carseat is properly installed and baby is nicely buckled and safe for on the way home.  But what about the next stage?  Which carseat do you purchase when your baby is too big for their infant carseat?  Britax has many different models for you to choose from and with the name Britax attached to it, you know they will be a long-lasting carseat that will protect your child.

Britax Frontier CT

We were sent the Britax Frontier CT Combination Harness-2-Booster carseat to try out.  I decided to try out this seat with some precious cargo.

Every Tuesday morning, my son and I attend a Parent & Child Preschool program at the school where he will be attending Kindergarten.  Since children from age 2-4 can attend, I have been taking my 2 year old niece along with us.  They have a blast singing songs, doing crafts, playing with friends and of course having snack!  Since both of my kids are now in the belt-positioning booster stage, we have been putting a carseat in the car every Monday evening in order to get ready to pick up my niece on Tuesday morning.

Frontier CT

My first impression of the Britax Frontier CT carseat was how heavy it was!  Lifting it out of the box I was shocked to find out how sturdy this seat really was.

The Britax Frontier CT provides TRUE side impact protection.  The deep side walls and head restraint made from energy-absorbing foam helps to distribute crash forces, helps shield your child from anything entering the vehicle during an accident and helps keep the head, neck and body in a natural aligned state.

Another great bonus of the Frontier CT was how quick and easy it was to install (and remove!) from our vehicle.  With little effort, the seat clicks in and tightens easily.

The Britax Frontier CT Harness-2-Booster carseat features the ClickTight Installation System.

What is the ClickTight Installation System?

The ClickTight Installation System is a series of components engineered to simplify the process of securing your child’s car seat into your vehicle using the vehicle seat belt instead of the lower anchors that are a part of the Universal Anchorage (LATCH) System .

The ClickTight Installation System simultaneously tensions and locks the vehicle seat belt. The result is both a tight and secure installation using the vehicle seat belt.

We all know that a properly and snug fitting installed carseat is safer in accidents and can protect your child.  The ClickTight system helps you install your child’s carseat the right way, all the time.

My niece loved the “new seat” as she called it.  In fact, by the time I was dropping her off at home, she was considering it “my seat”.

The Britax Frontier CT carseat is good for children at least 2 years of age and 25 pounds all the way up to 120 pounds.  Trust me — if you are looking at purchasing this seat, you will get many, many, MANY years out of it!

There are so many features that you will love about the Britax Frontier CT Harness-2-Booster carseat that I cannot even begin to touch on them all.  You can check out all the great safety features HERE.
