Boot Camp 4 Moms {Week 2 update}

I can’t believe I have finished 2 weeks of Boot Camp 4 Moms.

I must admit that I am feeling pretty great this week. I was unbelievably sore my first week and although I was sore this week, I could tell that my body was starting to adjust to the new routine.

Getting together to exercise with such a great group of women is such an inspiration to me. I love the support and encouragement. On Thursday afternoon I was having a really difficult few hours. I was craving sweets, and I did not want to go overboard, so I jumped onto the boot camp 4 moms “Fat Shredder” forum and told the ladies how I felt. It was great to have almost instant encouragement. I love that I can still eat everything I want, in moderation. I love that through the Fat Shredder program I am learning to eat healthier and still have the things I love. I am learning about balance and it feels so great to know I do not have to be on a yo-yo diet that I could never stick to.

I also love that I can do 20 minute online workouts at home. Today I had a small piece of my daughter’s birthday cake. I loved that I could quickly fit in an intense workout at home. It felt like I was right back in the class with the ladies working my butt off!

I know you are all curious about the weight issue. Truthfully, I have not weighed myself. I have noticed that my shape is already changing a little and my clothes are fitting a bit differently, but the best thing is that I am feeling good. I have more energy and I am proud of myself for trying my best. I have only one life to live so I am choosing to live it well.
