BOO! It’s a Ghost Cake #Halloween

I can’t believe that Halloween is next week already. My kids are very excited to put on their costumes and go trick-or-treating.

For this weeks cake I took inspiration from I am Baker. The first time I saw those cute little ghosts on top, I knew I wanted to try it. Just a simple matter of piping buttercream or, like I did, some meringue on top into peaks. Just add some eyes and a mouth and you have a boo-tastic cake.

Erna is a happily married stay-at-home mom to three beautiful children. She fell in love with cake decorating after taking some local cake decorating courses. She is a hobby baker and decorates cakes for her family and friends. Erna continues to do what she loves by working a few hours at a local bakery (P.S. Cake Designs).
