In the last few weeks you have heard us here at Mommy Moment talk about how COLD it has been. -42 with the windchill and highs of -26 is not my idea of a fun time.
While it may be cold out, the most looked forward to day in February is Valentine’s Day! Many people go all out for this day, while other’s prefer to not get involved in all the hub-lub and money spending. Do you “do” Valentine’s Day? What about your kids? Do they know what the day means? According to my 4 year old, Valentine’s Day is a day to make cards for your friends.
Disney Junior is celebrating Valentine’s early with the Be My Disney Junior Valentine event! Sunday, February 10 will be a morning filled with Valentines and friendship-themed episodes. Starting at 9am you will find BRAND NEW EPISODES of Doc McStuffins, Jake and the Never Land Pirates and Handy Manny. You can see all these episodes again on Valentine’s Day at 7:30am and 5:10pm.
Disney Junior also has a great activity for you and your little one to do. They are giving you the opportunity to design your own Disney Junior Valentine’s Day e-Card. You can pick from cute backgrounds, decorations, cute messages and your favourite Disney Junior characters.
Another great way to beat the cold is cuddling up in your pajamas and having a pajama party! Our kids often bring pjs when we are headed out to friends’ place for the evening. Once it starts to get later, the kids put on their pjs and settle down to watch a movie. They love this special time and look forward to it.
Disney Junior is having a pajama party with two new friends — B1 and B2! Disney Junior’s newest series, Bananas in Pajamas will air daily at 7 p.m. with brand new episodes!
