I don’t often purchase special creamers, but when we are expecting company for dinner I often splurge on International Delight. Since I can not finish a container on my own, I have found the perfect use for it.
Jody’s Perfect Whipped Cream ToppingWhip 1 cup of whipping cream, once it is thick add 1/3 cup of International Delight creamer and continue blending for about 30 seconds.
This whipped topping is SO EASY to make and can be used as a topping in many desserts. A favorite in our house is trifle. All you need to make it is :
- 1 white cake cooled and cubed
- butterscotch pudding
- My “International Delight whipped cream” (I used Irish crème flavor)
- chocolate syrup
Just layer the ingredients in a bowl, chill for 30 minutes and you have a delicious dessert perfect for any holiday treat.
