Easy Salsa Recipe with Que Pasa

Everyone loves an easy salsa recipe, so here is one that is fresh and easy to make in a hurry.

With Canada Day coming up, here is a bright and colorful salsa recipe that would be awesome paired with the Que Pasa O’Canada Tortilla chips.

This easy salsa recipe can be made in a hurry so if you ever have unexpected guests, you can make this fresh easy salsa and serve it with Que Pasa chips and you have a beautiful appetizer that is sure to please.

Easy Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup corn kernels

1 cup black beans

1/2 cup finely chopped red pepper

1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

2 tbsp lime juice

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

Toss the corn with black beans, red pepper, red onion and cilantro.

Stir in lime juice, cumin, salt and pepper.

Adjust seasoning to taste and enjoy.
