PEANUT BUTTER RICE KRISPIE ROLL

Ingredients

40 large marshmallows

¼ cup margarine

¼ cup peanut butter

5 ½ cups Rice Krispies

1 ⅓ cup chocolate chips

¾ cup peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Line a cookie pan with parchment paper and set aside

  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl combine the marshmallows, margarine and peanut butter. Microwave on high for 1 ½ minutes; stir until combined.

  3. Stir in cereal and press onto the prepared pan.

  4. Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter in the microwave and spread an even layer over the cereal mixture.

  5. Roll up, peeling the parchment paper away while rolling, and place seam side down on the pan.  Freeze for 1 hour, then cut into pieces.
