Dyson Cinetic DC78 Turbinehead. No filters to replace. No bags. No loss of suction.

Every week we drag out the good old vacuum and do our weekly duty.  Its big, its bulky, its heavy, it needs a new filter….like every time I use it, and I have found that the longer I use it…the more it decides to not work like it used to.  If only there was a better way…well guess what…there is 🙂

Introducing the Dyson DC78 Turbinehead. The only machine with no filters to wash or replace, no bags and no loss of suction.

So here is our story.  In preparation for my daughters 9th birthday party where all her friends were coming over for a party, I cleaned our living room.  I scrubbed, dusted and vacuumed till the living room was clean.  Well the girls had a blast and they did their due diligence of having fun.  They even watched a movie complete with popcorn.  Well the next day was cleanup time.  And I decided to give my new Dyson DC78 Turbinehead a go.  Well the popcorn was all over the floor and it was picked up with ease…however what surprised me was not what I saw on the floor, but what I did not see on the floor.  Considering I just vacuumed the day before I expected the canister to be full of just stale day old popcorn, but was the canister was full of dirt and dust that make it look like I had not vacuumed the floor in months.  I could not believe what I saw and it was incredible.  And having a young niece and nephew that like to crawl over everything, I am so happy with this Dyson – now I know my floor is really clean!

The technology in this machine is grand.  With no bags or filters  to replace they seem to not loose suction like most vacuums.  It just goes and goes like when it first came out of the box.  And strong.  These vacuums are tested beyond anything I can do to it.

–         To ensure it is durable and reliable, Dyson Cinetic™ vacuum has been slammed sideways into steel blocks 200 times in side impact testing.

–        In total Dyson engineers spent 9,000 hours testing Dyson Cinetic™ vacuum; the equivalent of 500 years of vacuuming in the home.

–        Nearly $250,000 CAD was spent on aggressive test dust and Dyson’s test engineers ran our suppliers dust stocks dry.

In fact the canister are made up of the same ABS polycarbonate material that is in riot shields and crash helmets, my husband thought that was a pretty cool fact.

The cyclone technology that Dyson provides makes this the last vacuum you will ever need.  With easy to use functions and tools and easy of use at your finger tips you can feel confident in using it.  And with a clean like no other, you will not feel disappointed, but you will have reassurance of a cleaner house. Yay!

Considering everything about this Dyson, the only thing I may have liked more is to have the canister a little larger. That said, maybe that is only because of how much this vacuum picked up on it’s first use – I was shocked!

I have a Bujilt-In, but it is cumbersome dragging all that hose, etc. I would love this Dyson for the main floor of my house.

This Dyson sounds amazing to use. With having 4 cats we have lots of their hair in the house, on the furniture . No having to have bags is great I hate running out of them and the cost too. Nice review thanks

Gees, I cannot believe how innovative and high-tech these vacuums are becoming! Dyson never fails to impress me. I can't believe you still had a canister full of dirt and dust even after vacuuming the day before! That is insane - i don't even want to imagine how my canister would look like! I am definitely going to look at investing in one of these machines!

I would Love a Vacuum like this, I've seen them Advertized many times and they Look very well Made, but since I'm Retired, I can't afford to buy one.
